You may have heard of the new internet marketing technique where companies
pay out free gifts to people who try out their services, via an established
and reputable "freebie network". There are some who don't
fully understand the workings of this technique and casually dismiss
it as a scam. However, if they were to read properly into just how it
works, as described on this website, then they would realise that it
is legitimate. What's more, it has been confirmed to be 100% genuine
by the BBC and CNN, two HUGE corporations who have a massive
reputation to protect.
In this website, I have created a guide on how you can take part and
claim a free gift of your own from one of the world's leading freebie
networks, FreebieJeebies.
FreebieJeebies is available in the UK, USA & Canada.
1. Sign up with FreebieJeebies
2. Complete an offer (all conditions of an offer must be completed
- if not, you won't be able to claim your free gift)
3. Refer some friends to do the same
If you successfully complete all of these steps, I guarantee
that you will receive a free gift of your choice!
Important: You are not allowed
to sign up more than once - FreebieJeebies uses an IP tracking system
to prevent fake referrals from a single person. If you try to sign up
more than once, or if someone using the same internet connection as
you tries to sign up as a referral to your account, you could be banned
permanently and you will not be able to claim your fee gift!
Privacy & Data Protection: At
no time will you be exchanging credit/debit card details with FreebieJeebies.
The only people you exchange these details with will be the highly reputable
companies providing the offers, so you can be assured that your details
will be safe and secure. FreebieJeebies is also signed up to the Data
Protection Act, so your name, address and other personal details will
not be given out to anyone. For more details, please see their Privacy
Policy.
Here's a step by step guide to the process:
1. You sign up with FreebieJeebies
2. You then sign up for one of the offers presented to you i.e. a free
trial with a popular DVD rental company
3. That company then pays a pre-agreed fee for every referral/sign up
that comes through FreebieJeebies
4. You want a free Playstation 3 which costs £289.99 -- you need
to get 15 referrals to get your free Playstation 3
5. You refer someone to FreebieJeebies, they complete an offer and the
company pays money to FreebieJeebies once more
6. For every complete referral you make, you gain a point (called a
"Green")
7. After you collect 15 Greens, FreebieJeebies uses a portion of the
fees they have collected through your referrals to order your Playstation
3 and ship it to you
8. The remaining money is absorbed by FreebieJeebies as profit
Thus:
FreebieJeebies has made a profit
The company has had exposure to 15 new potential customers
You have your chosen free gift - a free Playstation 3
In other words, everybody wins.
You can choose from a whole range of quality products from Amazon.co.uk,
Amazon.com or Amazon.ca - depending on where you live.
Here's a selection (and referrals needed) of some of the really great
stuff you can get:

Then, when you have made enough referrals, FreebieJeebies will order
your product from Amazon and have it shipped to you. Alternatively,
you can rack up the referrals and then instead of a gift, you can ask
for an Amazon gift voucher or the cash equivalent via a bank transfer
and you will get 85% of the total value.
And the best part of it is once you have received your free gift, you
can continue getting referrals for more free gifts!
Remember, you have nothing to lose,
but a lot to gain!
As I mentioned before, there are a few people who think this type of
marketing technique is a scam. The following videos feature footage
from BBC, CNN, WHDH and G4TV covering progress of the first company
to try this scheme - FreebieJeebies is merely following in it's footsteps.
As you will see, not only is it successful, but it is also legitimate:
Further proof:
Even more proof: check out this forum thread at Exceem.co.uk
showing just how many people are happy customers from this great offer.
Finally, read this report on the scheme from Wired.com.
How can these websites afford
to give me such expensive products for free and still make a profit?
Check out the 'How does it work?' section for more details on how the
process works.
How do I know this is not some huge scam?
Take a look at the 'Proof' section, where there is plenty of proof that
this most certainly is not a scam! Also, you will be using a very well
known freebie website, FreebieJeebies, who have a very good reputation.
On top of that, you will only be giving explicit personal details i.e.
credit card, to the reputable & well known companies that run the offers
(Lovefilm, Coral, 888.com, AOL etc.) so your personal data will be safe
and secure.
Is it really free?
It is not necessarily free, some of the offers require a small amount
of cash, but this will be a maximum of £10. However, you can still do
the Lovefilm two week free trial for nothing. Even if you decide to
pay for your offer, £5 or £10 is very little compared to the price of
a new iPod, Playstation 3 or MacBook!
What are 'Greens', 'Yellows' and 'Reds'?
A green is a referral who has completed their offer fully. They will
appear as green on the FreebieJeebies website in the Status section.
A yellow is a referral who has signed up, but not yet completed their
offer. A red is a referral who has been put on hold by the site for
breaking the terms and conditions of the website.
This is just a general reference, though, as technically if someone
you have referred has broken the rules, they actually show up as black
with an exclamation mark, whereas red technically means they just haven't
completed an offer.
Do I need a credit / debit card?
Yes, it is likely that you will need one. If you are still unsure about
this method, all of the offers are from reputable websites who are trustworthy
(i.e. Coral, AOL, LoveFilm, 888.com), and not associated with the FreebieJeebies
website at all. It is very likely that you will have heard of many of
the companies who are providing the offers.
Do I have to live in the UK to claim a free
gift?
No, the FreebieJeebies website is open to UK, US and Canadian residents.
When you register, you will be asked for your nationality, and your
offers will change depending on this.
What is the best way to get referrals?
I think that if you are starting out, getting your first greens, you
can ask friends and family to sign up under your referral link. Once
you have done this, try posting videos about the method on YouTube,
or create a website similar to this one. One method I use is a site
called GetRef,
where you earn credits (by clicking links or buying credits with cash)
and you can use these credits to get your site exposed in the "clicking
links" section, so that other people who are clicking there for credit
will come across your site, and may just be interested in getting some
of these products for next to nothing.
Couldn't I just cheat the system and make multiple
accounts?
No! If you attempt to do this, you will be banned from the freebie site
and will not be able to claim your free gifts! The administrators of
the freebie company check the IP addresses of all the referrals to check
that they are legitimate. This is why it is also important not to get
your friends or family to sign up using your computer; the system will
think you are trying to scam it!
Have you got any general tips or pointers?
Don't give up! You need patience with these websites, but once you start
getting referrals, it will give you a boost and a want to continue.
Keep within the terms and conditions, stay persistent, and you can get
all the freebies you want! Try emailing all of your MSN contacts, give
your link to colleagues at work, or post flyers around your local area.
Anything to get more people to sign up under you, but no spamming!
One of the best tips I can give you is start small. If you go for an
iPod shuffle first, which requires only 2 referrals, you can complete
this quickly just by getting a few trustworthy friends to sign up. Then
you can prove to yourself and others that the schemes really work. If
you have concrete proof that others cannot deny, you will find it far
easier to get greens. You can then move on to bigger things. I also
recommend completing your offer as soon as you can, so that it will
be out of the way and so that you can focus on getting your referral
link out to the masses.
Thanks for reading this, and good luck! :)
